Job Responsibilities:
? Serves as the primary contact for licensee partners in China; communicating and working directly with the Consumer Brand Licensing Team regarding licensee updates, business plans, revisions to license agreements, etc.
? Review and approve in MyMediaBox (online product approval system) product submissions including but not limited to, review of packaging, promotional materials, advertising, POS initiatives for compliance with brand guidelines
? Work with Product Steward to ensure all documents needed for all phases of product stewardship (product risk management) are submitted prior to commercialization as well as on-going audits are submitted by licensee and are approved.
? Work with Operations Manager to ensure correct and timely submission of royalty reports and payments and contract compliance.
Requirements:
? Graduate in marketing field or previous experience of 2-3 years in brand licensing or brand management.
? Conversant with MS Office
? Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
? Experience with business contracts and trademark protection laws.
? Understanding of and ability to speak English.
? Exceptional project management and relationship management skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
