Job description
Expense and payment
In charge for Value channel internal and national store expense and payment, could independently and timely complete the whole payment process by NIKE.inc payment system. Tracking the payment in progress, review overall expense status and call-out risk including supporting document and any other changes.
Store operation support
Assist store to go through the internal contract or sealing process, connect with store manager to learn the needs from store, as the coordinator between store and internal.
National operation support
Keep a touch with ops vendors to follow up some operation routine, make sure all vendor`s contracts and projects could move on smoothly.
Support Value channel team others routine, like booking meeting room, collecting some store or staff information etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Responsibility; Patience; Attentive, ownership mindsight
Passion for sport or retail industry
